Privacy Policy

EasyRap is an independent AI video service. In this policy, “EasyRap,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of easyrap.app. The service is designed for people who are at least 18 years old.

1. Information we handle

• Browser identifier: a random browser-only identifier that lets us associate a paid generation and its status with the browser you used to make the purchase.
• Content you submit: portrait photos, an optional second portrait for Hotel Lobby, any visual direction you type, and the effect you select.
• Generation records: job identifiers, status, timestamps, purchased generation options, error details, private media object references, and short-lived delivery links.
• Site activity: aggregated page-view and usage measurements from Vercel Web Analytics, plus technical request and security logs handled by our hosting and service providers.

2. Photos, prompts and AI generation

When you start a generation, your submitted photo or photos and visual direction are sent to our video-processing infrastructure to create the selected video. EasyRap stores portraits and completed videos in private object storage and stores generation records in our database. Media is delivered only with short-lived, signed links for a specific object.

Your creations page uses the browser identifier created on this device to load its job records. A delivery link may be accessible to anyone who obtains it while it remains active, so treat it like a private link and share it only when you intend to. Download a result promptly if you want to keep a copy.

3. Why we use information

• To associate a paid generation and creation library with the browser used for the purchase.
• To upload photos, submit generation requests, show job status and display available results.
• To validate purchased generations, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and protect the service.
• To understand overall site use through aggregated analytics and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request, pursue legitimate interests such as security and reliability, comply with legal requirements, or with your consent where consent is required. You can stop using the service and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

4. Service providers

• Supabase provides the application database.
• Cloudflare provides private object storage and signed media delivery.
• Our video-processing infrastructure receives submitted photos and generation directions to run the requested video generation.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregated Web Analytics and operational infrastructure.
• If a payment option is presented, Stripe processes checkout and payment details. EasyRap does not receive or store your full card number.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. They may process data in countries outside your own. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.

5. Browser storage and analytics

EasyRap stores a browser-only cookie to associate a paid generation with the browser used to purchase it. Clearing browser cookies may prevent this browser from opening its past creation library. Vercel Web Analytics is configured as an aggregate, cookieless analytics service; it is not used to build an advertising profile across unrelated sites.

6. How long we keep information

We keep generation records while they are needed to provide the service, validate purchases and protect against abuse. Uploaded portraits are not currently removed automatically after a video generation. EasyRap does not currently provide a self-service deletion control. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@easyrap.app with the generation date, effect and payment receipt. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize information we can, subject to legal, security and backup-retention requirements.

Deleting a job record does not necessarily delete a copy already processed by a service provider. Providers may keep limited security or billing records under their own policies.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to complain to your privacy regulator. Contact support@easyrap.app to make a request. We may ask you to verify your account before responding.

You can choose not to upload a photo or use generation features. You can clear the browser cookie that associates this browser with its past creation library.

8. Children

EasyRap is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

9. Security

Portraits are stored in a private bucket, and signed file URLs expire after a limited period. We use service providers and technical controls intended to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. We will update the effective date above when we publish a revision. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@easyrap.app.
