Refund Policy

This policy applies to generation purchases made directly through EasyRap. It does not limit consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Before you buy

The template, duration, resolution and applicable price are shown before checkout. Check that you have selected the intended generation and account before completing payment. A generation purchase is a digital service, not a physical product, and no return shipping is involved.

When we can refund

Contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@easyrap.app. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or an unused generation purchase where the service was unavailable through no fault of your own.

When a refund may not be available

Once a purchased generation has been submitted, it is normally non-refundable because the computing service has already been requested. A result that differs from a creative preference is not by itself a refund reason; AI output can vary, as explained before generation. We will still investigate a repeatable technical defect.

How to request one

Email support@easyrap.app from the address used for your EasyRap account. Include the charge date, amount, payment receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.

Review and timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund. We do not charge a refund-processing fee.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. A disputed charge can require us to pause the related account or generation access while the payment provider reviews it.
